Now new: The 7th Edition of the AK KAB-Brochure

A lot has happened in the last 4 years. In particular, the topic of sustainability has gained momentum. Therefore, in addition to revising the individual chapters to reflect the latest state of the art, the focus has been on this topic.

In the new edition, sustainability is viewed holistically with the help of the three-pillar model of economic, ecological and socio-cultural aspects. The previous chapter 8 “Ecological requirements” has therefore been expanded and renamed accordingly. At the same time, the aspects relating to sustainability were added to the relevant chapters.

In Chapter 4.5, requirements for steam sterilization in laboratories where work is carried out with substances from higher risk groups have been added. In addition, further technical features have been added that are useful for sustainability reasons.
